A site won't open with an ad blocker on? Fix it in two taps
Now and then a site needs something an ad blocker stops — a login, a video player or a payment page — and the page doesn't load right. Your iPhone is fine. Pick the fix you need.
Just this time
In Safari, tap the page menu in the address bar (aA on iOS 17), then Turn Off Content Blockers. The page reloads without blocking; your next visit is protected again.
Always for this site
- In Safari, tap Share.
- Choose Popbye in the list.
- Tap Pause Popbye on This Site.
Only that site is paused; everywhere else stays clean. To undo it, open Popbye → Guides → Paused Sites.
Help fix it for everyone
In the same Share → Popbye menu, tap Site Doesn't Work. Popbye prepares an email with only the site's address, and you decide whether to send it. We usually fix the filters within a day.
No need to switch the blocker off in Settings. That turns protection off on every site, and it's easy to forget to turn it back on.
Using another ad blocker?
Most Safari content blockers work the same way: Turn Off Content Blockers in Safari's page menu for one visit, and a list of allowed sites in the blocker's own app.
